Safety Measure Covid-19



LUMIERE CREATIVES IS THINKING AHEAD TO SAFER GATHERINGS

 

Once we return to our offices, the team will be undertaking intensive preparations & cleaning procedures to ensure all venues are in the best possible conditions under the current circumstances. This is an ongoing process and will be updated in line with government announcements and industry best practice.
 

These procedures include: Accreditation as safer-events-venues
Our capacity has been reduce in all our venues to comply with social distance and temperature check for all staff members when reporting for duty every day, in place and recorded

 

 


OUR MEASURES
 

  • Temperature check for all visitors entering the venue

  • All handrails, door handles and lift panels disinfected every 2 hours

  • All restrooms assigned with attendants during events to carry out on-going cleaning and disinfecting work

  • Tables and chairs in exhibition venues disinfected twice a day

  • All staff members required to wear face masks and gloves

  • All visitors required to wear face masks – complementary face masks provided where required

  • Hand sanitizing gel readily available at Customer Service Counters and throughout the venue

  • Special rubbish bins for disposal of used face masks provided at Centre exit points and offices

  • Signage specifying site and event specific social distancing measures

  • Working with clients to prevent congestion i.e. staggered arrival and departure times, catering breaks etc

  • Free webcasting available to organizers for each event

 


EVENT ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Health verification must be performed on all staff and delegates on entry to the building.

  • Declaration of health to be signed on the day of the event.

  • Attendance must be recorded and a list of all attendees, with contact details, must be maintained by event organizers  for 14 days after the event.

  • All delegates must be invited, walk-ins shall not be admitted.

  • Delegates must be offered a mask free of charge on entry.

 

 


OUR EMPLOYEES
 

  • Any employee reporting flu like symptoms will be informed to contact the NHS on 111 or call their GP for advice and not to come into work. They should self-isolate for 14 days

  • No employees are involved in international travel as a result of their role within the Company.

  • Any employee that is ill whilst on holiday abroad is required to report it to their manager on their return into the country and not to come into work. They should self-isolate for 14 days

  • Any employee who knowingly comes into contact with someone that has recently come back from a country suffering from an outbreak of the virus must discuss the situation with their Manager and may be advised to contact 111. As a best practice they should get themselves self-tested.
